"Communication is key" is what they've all said, right? But what does that mean? You express yourself through words or actions and your partner is supposed to understand what you mean, but they keep missing your point. So what does (healthy and effective) communication look like?
Sometimes we are not aware of the effect our words or actions have on those we love - we repeat what we learned from our families, friends, and society. I will work with you to better understand your partner, regardless of the issue by teaching you basic tools that can be practiced at home.
