You, and possibly your partner, are unhappy with your habits, but you just cannot seem to make the changes you want to make. You feel frustrated and confused, and are no longer sure who you really are, let alone what makes you truly happy.
I became a therapist to help people reconnect with themselves and the people around them on an emotional, mental and spiritual level. I want to help you learn to listen to your deeper self and express yourself in healthy ways so that you can create a deeply fulfilling life. You are worthy of true happiness.
