In our psychotherapy practice at the Center for Relational Transformation located in Downtown Chicago, we use mindfulness, attachment theory and the latest research in neuroscience in order to help facilitate fundamental transformation for both couples and individuals.

Within the context of a safe, therapeutic relationship, we foster the emergence of new, healing experiences through the processing of difficult emotional and relational experiences.


These new experiences can heal past hurt and trauma in order to allow for an individual to fully be who they were always meant to be.

Relationship Therapy for Individuals

Not only do we specialize in helping couples move from conflict to connection, we also work with individuals who are having relationship difficulties (a recent breakup, a difficult marriage, an overwhelmed or absent parent growing up).
